Happy Pride

Welcome to Pride Month.

For those of us not here to appease, not here to smile politely while systems package our rage into marketable slogans

let’s start with this:

we’re not here to soothe binary minds.

We won’t contort ourselves into a language that was never meant to hold us. We’re done translating our truths into palatable slogans just to appease the very forces that erased us.

Let’s be blunt: binary thinking isn’t just rigid—it’s colonial.

It turns language into a leash.

It demands obedience to state-sanctioned definitions, and when those who think in binaries step into queer spaces, they don’t dismantle, they regulate. They turn identity into theater, a checklist of correct terms, a litmus test of ideological compliance.

& then they call it inclusion.

“Say it this way.”
“Identify like this.”
“Use these words or you’re erasing someone.”
“Follow our history, but no not like that!”

It’s weaponized conformity dressed up as care. It’s not liberation when truth is made contingent on linguistic purity. It’s fear masquerading as community, and it’s no different from the systems we claim to resist.

Language has never been neutral. Especially not around gender. What we call “identity” was crafted inside colonial, capitalist machinery—built to divide, shame, and discipline. The man/woman binary? It’s not nature. It’s a factory setting, designed to optimize control: productivity in public, compliance in private.

You don’t get to cosplay your way out of that while still demanding institutional recognition. That’s not rebellion, it’s brand management. Gender, in this system, isn’t just expression, it’s infrastructure. & anyone telling you otherwise is either naive or selling you something to soothe the pain of your shame rather than helping you mature into an experienced adult capable of seeing beyond these petty, immature dynamics.

There’s no freedom in painting the bars of rainbow over & over again, consuming endless resources within their infrastructure to protest their social coding that programs that infrastructure. There’s no revolution in asking the system to see us more kindly while leaving its rules of power intact.

If you’re truly done with binaries, then let go of the scaffolding that holds them up, the vocabularies of control, the rituals of legibility, the fear of being misunderstood.

Let’s build something from the rubble. Something ungoverned. Where body precedes label. Where curiosity crushes conformity. Where we don’t start with identity, we don’t reduce ourselves to our visual spectrum & the external treatment from strangers.

We owe no explanations to a world that only knows how to punish difference. We don’t need to be safe for systems that built closets and cages & sell you back organizers & cleansers to help you forget you were forced into that cage in the first place.

We need to be dangerous, because the binary already is, violently so.

& danger starts by refusing the script.

For the nürodefiant, the wild-blooded,

Happy Pride.

Let’s stop pretending & start creating something new.

I’m not proud of my sexuality in the way Pride is marketed to me.
I am not proud of my gender the way Pride is marketed to me.
I am proud of my ability to resist this binary structure within my own internal compass. I am proud to be able to live a rich life full of aligned actions, embodied resourcefulness & skill, where the world has become the canvas for my feet to gently traverse.

May your next pussy be juicy,
