Seems like this society is particularly toxic, not that shame itself is toxic, but it has no choice but to pull up horrendous scripts due to this horrendous worldwide society of social normals that have been systemically enforced via violence, propaganda, yadda yadda, you know already.

Ask Other
Observe
Assess
Instead of attacking ourselves or others….we ASK ourselves and others.
Instead of withdrawl, we observe the situation.
Instead of avoidance, we assess the overall situation and then after we make an assessment, we can take action based off of it.
Whatcha think?
Personally, I think a person with a compass of pride is not going to be well received by those operating within the shame compass. Every soverign action is interpreted as a personal attack with those performing their shame scripts helpless to control themselves.
Really I am trying to be as compassionate as possible to this species, homo sapiens. They really are programmed biologcial NPCS. NeuroPatriarchalCharacters
They call themselves neurotypical or normal.
Because of their biasses and the intense suppression of anything else by them and their kind.
Yet I am still here, able to point out that NPCs operate on collective delusions rather than real world information. This is not acceptable for my species of homo sapi& and we will not be tolerating the normalization of these delusional, distorted, disordered beings.
