I might have a controversial opinion.
One of many, as you’ll find if you diggin’
But I think the queerest capitalist there is,
Is one Miss
Taylor Swift
So Happy It’s still Pride month
2 Taylor, A fellow
Self-Owned Artist
&
Tortured Poet
Now I mean no projection of my own deviated nature.
Taylor has publicly associated herself in the past with the αbet maphia; those philic for an external expression of ∠♥∨∑. Much like Swift, the desire to be witnessed for the act of love, not fear, is a shared struggle no matter the digits in your bank account.
This isn’t to dig up the past or project a future that makes no logical sense. Taylor has always been publically congruent with a specific image. Her desire to be seen specifically, as a writer, as an accomplished artist, as a conductor of one of the largest cultural movements the world has ever seen, & beyond, the system supports such queer capitalism, to own so many virtual coins over the spread of the message of warped and morbid love lost, only for the hope to arise again, anew, & you? etu? enü?
I was a fan from ~2006-2024. A turn in my own tide, waving goodbye to the sunrise bouncing off the CDs once stacked in my car, more land fodder to fill future anthrofollogists time.
I wanted more, so I removed everything that wasn’t satiating my soul and sough surrender
&
I still want for a Greater Vision one day from Taylor
To see her push beyond the cages that once chained
Armed with self-ownership
&
Self-authorship
Towards a more expansive articulation of her artistic mastery
Turning the once constrainED
Media TrainED
Body Enmotion 4 the love & fan Devotion
&&&
I do, I project more onto the little miss swift that lives in my skull
The on demand actors we keep in our heads to project our problems ein puppettuity
Mine demanding more of a visceral construction of her feminine empire
To see the expansion of her severence with the pain of poor connection, fake love, and half hearted attempts at affection.
More than media
More than trained
A wreck unraveled to reveal American pain
Princess turned Painchest, opening the heart of this nation to help us heal
With her heels
Certain people command a certain presence
I think Taylor deserves recognition for her queer command of capitalism this pride month
&
A challenge to use that mastery towards a greater prose of purpose
From love songs
to
love stories, streams, & screens, oh my, my myyy

Taylor loves her fans in a way other artists do not. Dare I say, in a queer way.
It was always queer the way Taylor interacted with her fans. Inviting them freely into her home for a private pre-release party after party. Throwing marathon long meet and greets, even inviting thousands of fans for a free screening just a few years ago during the height of her Eras Tour.
Amongst her peers
Taylor is a sole pillar
A class all of her own
A self-made woman & A rich man
Amongst her fellow man
Taylor is a star in the sky
Shinning hazily through the clouds at a long traffic light
Fiddling with the radio
Trying to get the vibe right
Yet to her fans, her supporters, the Swifties
She is a fierce reminder of artistic defiance
The right to name your pain
&
Profit from your performance of your weave of painstakingly precision made music
Not just a woman whining about a man unable to love her properly
But a person who faces the same systemic shame as well all do, the gold cage only as gilded as the value of the exchange system, controlled by other entities, all without TITTIES.
Time for Taylor to Tit Talk about it.
We’ve heard enough from Ted
Maybe that’s just me though.
Anywhoo,
Tit-ta-lo to you, Taylor.
I hope you found my tortued poetry enJOYable
